Maintenance Supervisor – Manufacturing Plant

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join the Mirafiori plant in Turin. The role ensures continuous production by leading the maintenance team while upholding safety, quality, cost, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the maintenance team to guarantee production continuity.
• Plan and execute preventive and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Manage complex equipment faults and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, fault frequency and costs.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and develop team competencies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Automotive or Management Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Analytical mindset, strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Leadership orientation and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of assembly lines and industrial machinery.

• Salary range from €36,000 to €42,000 per year.
