About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor leads and executes the technical, mechanical, and overall maintenance operations for a residential community, ensuring that all interior and exterior areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

Lead and execute technical, mechanical, and maintenance operations for the community.
Maintain interior and exterior areas, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common spaces to high standards.
Oversee maintenance staff, schedule work, and coordinate service requests from residents.
Diagnose defects, complete work orders, and perform repairs in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold Greystar’s service standards.

Required profile

Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance.
Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced residential environment.
