Maintenance Technician – $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Florence, KY manufacturing site. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability through troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and robotic systems. A $4,000 sign‑on bonus is offered for successful candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as inspections, oil changes, lubrication and cleaning.
• Maintain and optimise robotic and automated systems, including sensors, actuators and servo drives.
• Support PLC programming updates and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Use diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes) to identify equipment issues.
• Operate machine‑shop equipment including lathes, grinders and welding tools as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical documentation.
• Document maintenance activities and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve reliability.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lb and work at heights when needed.
• Strong commitment to safety and clean work environment.
