Maintenance Worker - Bolzano/Malles

About the role

Alstom is seeking a Maintenance Worker to support the new generation of electric trains at its depot in the Bolzano/Malles area. You will be responsible for checking train status on arrival, diagnosing faults, and performing both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure fleet availability and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect arriving trains and verify their condition.
• Identify and troubleshoot faults and malfunctions.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Use certified tools appropriate for each intervention.
• Update the fault database with relevant information.
• Communicate daily status updates to the team.
• Follow health, safety, and railway safety regulations.

Required profile

• Mandatory high school diploma; preferably a technical qualification in Electrical/Electronic, IT or Mechanical fields.
• Approximately 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the railway sector.
• If experienced in railways, possession of ANSF certifications for train safety components is preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and continuous cycles.
• Readiness for travel outside the region.
