Maintenance Worker

About the role

Alstom is looking for a Maintenance Worker to join its Operations Warehouse team in Nola, Italy. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of railway and related complex systems through preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks during assigned shifts.
• Guarantee maintenance quality according to Alstom’s standards, technical procedures and operational guidelines.
• Respect intervention timelines and prioritize urgent issues.
• Participate in training and continuous updates required by ANSF regulations.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (high school).
• Italian language proficiency at B2 level.
• Experience in railway maintenance or similar complex systems.
• Ability to work autonomously, flexibly and on rotating shifts.
• Strong decision‑making skills, sense of urgency and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with mechanical devices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Proficiency with electrical and electronic tools.
• Basic computer skills.
