Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Randstad Italia Inhouse Services is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for an aerospace client in Pomigliano D'Arco. You will support the development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for both new product introductions and legacy products within the Value Stream ME team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes for NPI and legacy items.
• Support implementation of process changes, fixture upgrades, tool and machinery selection.
• Help achieve target metrics such as on‑time delivery, first‑time yield, product cost, lead time and overall equipment effectiveness.
• Participate in cost‑reduction and cycle‑time improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain manufacturing instructions, ensuring customer requirements flow down to the shop floor.
• Support process substantiation and first‑article inspection activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
• Ability to analyse problems, identify root causes and propose efficient solutions.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and specifications.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Valid work visa for Italy.
