Manufacturing Engineer – Production Improvement

About the role

This key position sits within Rotork's production team, tackling dynamic challenges and a variety of projects that directly improve manufacturing efficiency. Reporting to the Production Manager, the role drives continuous improvement during a period of significant transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document shop‑floor manufacturing processes using engineering best practices.
• Participate in internal audits and provide technical support to production teams.
• Analyse problems, develop solutions, and lead resolution activities.
• Propose new processes and equipment when beneficial to efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Proactive, problem‑solver with strong teamwork and independent‑working abilities.
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communicator, approachable and well‑organized.
• Good command of English (B1‑B2 level) and fluent spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with CAD software, specifically Solid Edge.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Background in an electromechanical engineering manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) programming skills.
