Manufacturing Operator – Complex Tasks

About the role

The Operator will carry out complex manufacturing tasks in a coating production environment, working under limited supervision and providing backup support as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex manufacturing operations with limited guidance.
• Provide backup duties to ensure continuous production.
• Use process measuring equipment proficiently and recommend actions based on findings.
• Measure, record, and analyze process data.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and flag any non‑conformances.
• Support all Health, Safety & Environmental policies to achieve zero‑incident targets.
• Apply 5S principles to maintain a world‑class workplace.

Required profile

• Professional certificate related to manufacturing or engineering.
• Minimum three years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with process measuring equipment.
• Capability to record and analyze production data.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology.
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations.
