Manufacturing Operator – Complex Tasks

About the role

As a Manufacturing Operator you will carry out complex production tasks in a highly regulated environment, supporting the creation of high‑performance coatings for a range of industries. You will work with limited supervision, ensuring that processes meet strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex manufacturing operations following detailed work instructions.
• Provide backup support for other production lines as needed.
• Use and maintain process measuring equipment, reporting findings and recommending improvements.
• Collect, record and analyse process data to guarantee compliance with customer specifications.
• Identify and flag any non‑conformities, supporting corrective actions.
• Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental policies, aiming for zero incidents.
• Apply 5S principles to maintain a world‑class workplace.

Required profile

• Professional certificate related to manufacturing or industrial processes.
• Minimum three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with process measuring equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical data and specifications.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology and HSE standards.
