Manufacturing Operator – Complex Tasks

About the role

As a Manufacturing Operator you will carry out complex production tasks in a dynamic environment, supporting the continuity of operations and ensuring product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex manufacturing tasks with limited supervision.
• Provide backup duties across the production line.
• Operate and calibrate process measuring equipment, offering recommendations based on findings.
• Measure, record and analyse process data to drive improvements.
• Verify compliance with customer specifications and flag any non‑conformities.
• Support Health, Safety & Environmental policies to achieve Zero/Zero targets.
• Apply 5S principles to maintain a world‑class workplace.

Required profile

• Professional technical certificate.
• At least three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Process measurement equipment operation.
• Data analysis.
• 5S methodology.
