Manufacturing Operator – Production Team

About the role
We are looking for Manufacturing Operators to join our production sites in Perarolo and Tai di Cadore. The role involves handling various steps of eyewear component processing, from wheel polishing to lens stamping and cutting, supporting Kering Eyewear’s luxury brands.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical work sheets to correctly process materials.
- Perform wheel polishing, animation, registration, inspection, stamping and lens cutting tasks.
- Execute operations autonomously while meeting quantitative quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Required profile
- Ability to understand and follow technical specifications.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
- Previous experience in the eyewear or optical manufacturing sector is preferred.
