Manufacturing Sterile Operator DPS

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Manufacturing Sterile Operator (DPS) to join our third‑shift (night) team. You will work in a highly regulated environment, ensuring that sterile products are produced safely and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor sterile manufacturing equipment during night shifts.
• Follow GMP procedures, SOPs, and safety protocols to maintain product quality.
• Document production activities, deviations, and equipment performance accurately.
• Perform routine cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance of cleanroom areas.
• Identify and report any non‑conformances or equipment issues promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or a laboratory setting.
• Preferred experience working in a cGMP environment.

Required skills

• Operation of sterile manufacturing equipment.
• Understanding of cGMP and GMP requirements.
