Manufacturing Sterile Operator

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Manufacturing Sterile Operator to work in a cleanroom environment supporting the production of sterile products. The role contributes to the company’s mission of making the world healthier, cleaner and safer by ensuring high‑quality manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks in a cleanroom, adhering to strict hygiene standards (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, perfume, etc.).
• Follow cGMP procedures to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Operate equipment, assemble components, and conduct inspections as directed.
• Document production activities and report any deviations.
• Support daily production schedules and assist team members as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior work experience required; willingness to learn.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or laboratory settings.
• Familiarity with cGMP environments is a plus.
