About the role

The Electrical Maintenance Technician will join the Technical Support team to ensure the reliable operation of electrical installations that power production equipment. The role involves routine, corrective and preventive maintenance, requiring independent work based on assigned priorities and close collaboration with quality, HSE and manufacturing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance interventions on industrial electrical installations.
• Diagnose and resolve faults on machinery and production lines.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Conduct fault‑finding activities and restore equipment functionality.
• Support continuous improvement projects on plant installations.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Quality, HSE and Manufacturing departments.

Required profile

• Ability to work autonomously according to priority assignments.
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Team‑oriented attitude with flexibility.
• Willingness to be on‑call according to company procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of major industrial electrical and electronic components.
• Experience using diagnostic tools such as testers and multimeters.
• Background in maintenance of industrial equipment or machinery.
• Basic understanding of PLC diagnostics (preferred).

What we offer

• Permanent contract under the CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico Industria.
• Annual gross salary between €38,000 and €42,000.
