Market Access Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager – Market Access to join Enovis’ Global RECON Regulatory Affairs team in San Daniele, Italy. The role combines engineering expertise with project leadership to drive market access initiatives for medical devices in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities across departments to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in alignment with company goals related to Market Access.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Management or Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally in the medical devices industry.
• Familiarity with the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
