Market Development Partner – Welfare (L.68/99)

About the role

As a Market Development Partner – Welfare (L.68/99) you will drive the expansion of our welfare products within the Large Enterprise segment (companies up to 350 employees). You will generate sales‑qualified leads, develop new business opportunities and fuel the sales pipeline for the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales‑qualified leads through high‑energy outbound activities such as cold calling, emails and strategic online meetings.
• Develop new business opportunities by engaging large‑enterprise employers and presenting Satispay as a leading welfare solution.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of mid‑ and large‑enterprise prospects to support the Business Development team.
• Utilise CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outbound tools (Sales Navigator, Lusha) to track and manage activities.
• Collaborate with the team on growth strategies to exceed lead‑generation targets and scale the Large Enterprise line.

Required profile

• Proactive, commercially structured professional with at least 1 year of outbound sales experience targeting enterprise customers.
• Strong commercial attitude and negotiation skills, able to communicate confidently with executives and decision‑makers.
• Fluency in both Italian and English, with a results‑oriented approach in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Eligibility under Italian employment protection laws (L.68/99) for candidates with disabilities or other protected status.
