Marketing Analyst – Budget & Financial Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Marketing Analyst to manage accounting and financial administrative activities linked to marketing funds. The role supports the Marketing team by ensuring accurate expense tracking, budgeting, and compliance across internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting for all marketing expenses, including contract processing, invoicing, and reporting.
• Monitor budget planning, allocation, and usage across markets and sources, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate directly with agencies, internal customers, and service providers.
• Oversee administrative processes such as purchase order creation and expense classification.
• Conduct cost benchmarking among suppliers and recommend cost‑saving solutions.
• Perform data‑privacy and legal compliance checks against company policies.

Required profile

• Experience in budget management and financial control.
• Strong communication and commercial skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with a structured, results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to solve problems and work under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail in planning and multitasking across projects.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or a related field.
