Marketing, Communication & Social Media Manager

About the role

As the Marketing, Communication & Social Media Manager for the Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze Hotel, you will own the hotel’s full marketing, PR and digital strategy. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with central brand, marketing and PR teams, you will drive brand visibility, revenue growth and guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and PR plan aligned with global brand guidelines.
• Manage the MarCom budget, forecast spend, process payments and analyse ROI.
• Lead creative campaigns, produce marketing collateral, merchandise and hotel/F&B packages.
• Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring HQ approvals where required.
• Create and maintain website, social media and paid‑media content, conducting regular platform audits.
• Write copy and perform short English‑Italian translations for marketing assets.
• Manage social media channels (Italian and English), community engagement, influencer selection and paid collaborations.
• Implement PR activities, write press releases, coordinate media relations and organise press trips.
• Build partnerships with airlines, tourism bodies, local organisations and brands.
• Plan and execute hotel events and gastro‑outlet activations, handling communication and logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in hospitality marketing; luxury or tourism experience is a plus.
• Strong planning, organisational and strategic thinking abilities.
• Service‑oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
