Marketing Director – Dubai (Relocation)

About the role

This senior leadership position is responsible for shaping and executing integrated marketing strategies that raise brand awareness, drive sales, and position the company as a market leader in the luxury real estate sector. The role is based in Dubai and includes relocation support for the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing and brand strategy for luxury residential, mixed‑use, and Design & Build projects.
• Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team and manage external agencies, PR firms, and media partners.
• Oversee brand consistency across digital, print, social media, events, and client communications.
• Drive all digital initiatives, including paid media, SEO, SEM, CRM, email marketing, and social media, while monitoring performance, lead generation, and ROI.
• Design go‑to‑market plans for new project launches and collaborate closely with sales to generate high‑quality leads.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, produce performance reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in luxury real estate, property development, design & build, architecture, hospitality or luxury lifestyle brands.
• Demonstrated success in creating integrated marketing strategies and delivering measurable results.
