Marketing Engineer (SEO, AEO & CRO)

About the role

The Marketing Engineer is a senior individual contributor who drives innovation across SEO, AEO and CRO initiatives. Using AI‑native development tools, you will transform experimental concepts into automated, production‑ready workflows that deliver scalable results for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the technical product roadmap, focusing on projects with the highest commercial ROI.
• Design and implement backend data pipelines and multi‑node agent frameworks, packaging them into intuitive user interfaces.
• Develop automated workflows with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and Google AI Studio, managing version control in GitHub and integrating solutions via Google Cloud APIs.
• Monitor updates to Google search algorithms and large‑language‑model behaviours, adapting processes to keep strategies ahead of the curve.
• Act as senior technical lead on key accounts, participating in sales calls and client presentations, and mentoring mid‑level specialists.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior technical marketer or engineering professional.
• Strong ability to translate marketing strategy into automated technical solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills with strategists, specialists and technical teams.
• Track record of delivering commercial impact through automation.

Required skills

• AI‑native development environments (Claude Code, Cursor, Google AI Studio).
• Version control with GitHub.
• Google Cloud Platform integrations and APIs.
• Design of backend data pipelines and multi‑node agent frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of SEO, AEO and CRO principles.
