Marketing Intern - Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Belmond is looking for a versatile and proactive Marketing Intern to join its Southern Europe Brand Team in Milan. The role suits a creative and organised person who wants 360-degree experience in luxury hospitality marketing, supporting the regional marketing function with project management skills and operational execution. It contributes to the visual storytelling and implementation of campaigns for Belmond's properties in Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Help design and produce high-end marketing materials such as brochures, restaurant and bar menus, promotional flyers and digital banners, in line with brand guidelines.
• Organise and maintain the regional digital asset libraries of images and videos so they are easy to access for stakeholders and partners.
• Assist with coordinating photo and video shoots, from creative brief to image selection, keeping the brand aesthetic consistent.
• Support the Marketing team in implementing annual strategies and local campaigns, keeping projects on track and to luxury standards.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions and work with PR, Sales and Operational teams on marketing initiatives and brand partnerships.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Strong project management mindset, able to handle several tasks at once, meet deadlines and pay close attention to detail.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, typography and layout, able to judge on-brand versus off-brand content.
• Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Premiere Pro or Figma are a plus.
