Marketing Manager – Fintech & Payments

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for key brands within a fast‑moving international fintech environment. Based in Italy, you will own the end‑to‑end marketing process, from concept through delivery, ensuring campaigns drive measurable growth and align with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, roadmaps, KPIs and growth initiatives for assigned brands.
• Serve as the primary contact for brand stakeholders, leading strategic discussions and providing industry‑based recommendations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Manage marketing budgets, track performance, and produce clear reporting on results and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
• Apply payment‑industry knowledge, including compliance, regulatory messaging, merchant acquiring, chargebacks and risk management.
• Review marketing claims and materials for compliance with industry standards.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and proactively solve challenges without extensive supervision.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, leadership, client project services or account management.
• Proven experience in payments or fintech marketing, with solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results.
