Marketing Manager – Italy (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for Italy to lead the activation and localisation of centrally developed marketing programmes. Working closely with the Regional General Manager, sales leadership and central marketing teams, you will bridge global strategy and local execution, ensuring campaigns resonate with Italian audiences and drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a quarterly marketing roadmap for Italy, aligned with central campaigns and local priorities.
• Activate centrally developed campaigns within the Italian market, adapting messaging to local sectors while maintaining brand consistency.
• Extend campaign reach through partner networks, events and sales collaboration.
• Deliver territory‑specific communications, promote initiatives via approved digital and social channels.
• Activate partner marketing programmes, supporting partner‑led webinars and events.
• Coordinate events, webinars, trade shows and sponsorships aligned to territory goals.
• Work closely with sales teams to support opportunity development and lead follow‑up.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, pipeline contribution and engagement, presenting insights at monthly business reviews.

Required profile

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within professional services or a similar sector.
• Strong understanding of the Italian market and ability to translate global strategies into local actions.

Required skills

• Ability to translate and adapt marketing content from English to Italian.
• Experience with digital and social media promotion.
• Knowledge of event coordination and partner marketing.
