Marketing Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Manager joins a dedicated team that shapes the brand image of a luxury hotel. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communication, you will create and execute multi‑channel campaigns that drive guest awareness, preference and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan in line with budget and hotel objectives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams to design promotions that generate incremental revenue.
• Act as the liaison with external advertising agencies for creative and media planning, especially for F&B campaigns.
• Manage media schedules, ensure timely settlement of invoices and monitor campaign performance.
• Coordinate with regional eCommerce and marketing teams to integrate digital, social and traditional efforts.
• Support public relations activities and contribute to brand storytelling across all channels.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience, **or** a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience in hospitality marketing or digital advertising is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to measure campaign impact on sales and revenue.
