Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our international Marketing team. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will translate strategy into seamless execution, overseeing day‑to‑day activities and complex operational projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing processes such as trade fairs, ABM campaigns, communication activities and the operational marketing budget.
• Ensure quality control, follow‑up and governance of all operational workflows.
• Produce regular activity and performance reports.
• Lead end‑to‑end trade show and event management, including supplier coordination, booth design, content collection, timeline (Gantt) and budget tracking, Voice of Customer activities and post‑event reporting.
• Oversee Marketing Automation and ABM initiatives, implement lead‑nurturing workflows, and coordinate with agencies and IT on platforms and integrations (Salesforce / Account Engagement), monitoring performance and driving continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in structured B2B marketing roles with hands‑on trade‑show, automation, ABM and content production experience.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English and proficient Italian.
• Willingness to travel up to one month per year (max two consecutive weeks) and work on‑site in Altavilla Vicentina with up to four remote days per month.

What we offer

• Permanent contract under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry.
