Marketing Trainee

About the role

The Marketing Trainee will support the school's marketing team in planning and delivering campaigns that promote our educational programmes. Working closely with senior marketers, you will gain hands‑on experience across digital, social and event‑based activities while contributing to the creation of compelling brand materials. Our approach places students at the heart of every initiative, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with their wellbeing and safety. You will also be expected to uphold our safeguarding standards and contribute to an inclusive culture that respects diversity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts and produce engaging content.
• Coordinate marketing events and related activities.
• Support the creation of marketing materials and performance reports.
• Help track campaign performance metrics and prepare summary reports for senior staff.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in marketing, preferably within an educational setting.
• A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and respect diverse perspectives.
