Marketplace Account & Growth Manager

About the role

QUBIFY is seeking a Marketplace Account & Growth Manager to drive both client performance and new business acquisition. You will work in a fast‑moving startup environment, taking full ownership of client portfolios across major e‑commerce platforms while actively hunting new brands to join the QUBIFY ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, optimise and scale client listings, pricing and promotions on Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces.
• Identify and pitch new e‑commerce brands, expanding the company’s portfolio.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse sales trends and manage advertising budgets (Amazon Ads, Paid Social) to deliver growth recommendations.
• Serve as the primary strategic partner for clients, coordinating internally with marketing, operations and finance teams.
• Ensure catalog accuracy, resolve platform‑specific issues and oversee launch timelines for new brands.
• Prepare end‑of‑month reports, share data with the admin team and support invoicing and payment monitoring.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience managing D2C activities and marketplace accounts.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian; additional European languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous, high‑velocity startup setting.
• Based in Italy or willing to relocate for daily on‑site collaboration.
