Media Designer – Visual & Motion Creator

About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a talented Media Designer to craft exceptional visual assets across all brand touchpoints. You will work on social content, product visuals, branding materials, and presentation decks, delivering high‑quality work quickly and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for paid and organic social, product interfaces, branding, and presentations.
• Own the end‑to‑end quality of each deliverable, from brief to final output.
• Develop deep expertise in a primary discipline (motion, graphic design, illustration) while expanding skills across related areas.
• Leverage AI tools to generate concepts, explore visual directions, and accelerate production workflows.
• Manage a high volume of work across multiple projects, balancing speed and craftsmanship.
• Apply business awareness to ensure designs meet strategic goals and audience needs.
• Proactively identify gaps, propose ideas, and take initiative without waiting for fully formed briefs.
