Media Manager CEE

About the role

Lilly is seeking a Media Manager to lead media strategy and planning across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) markets. The role combines offline and online media expertise to translate business objectives into integrated, data‑driven media plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrated media strategies and plans across TV, OOH, radio, print, and digital channels for CEE markets.
• Lead media planning discussions with agencies, ensuring recommendations are grounded in sound strategy.
• Analyze campaign performance (reach, frequency, GRPs, efficiency) and provide actionable insights.
• Manage media budgets, pacing, and reallocation to protect performance.
• Serve as primary contact for media agencies, briefing, evaluating, and holding partners accountable.
• Apply measurement frameworks (GA4, CM360, ad‑server data, MMM/MTA) to validate effectiveness.
• Stay current on media trends and new formats, informing planning decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications or related field.
• 7+ years of media experience, preferably in an agency planning/buying role.
• Proven ability to build and defend integrated media strategies across offline and digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using media data and dashboards.
• Fluent English and capable of managing multiple markets independently.

• Digital media planning (search, social, programmatic, video).
• Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, DV360, Meta Ads Manager.
• Advanced Excel and data‑visualisation (PowerPoint, Looker Studio).
