Medical Advisor

About the role

Philogen S.p.A., a biotech leader in anti‑tumor therapies, is seeking a motivated Medical Advisor to support and drive its oncology and rheumatology clinical programs. The role will be based primarily in Milan, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, execution, and analysis of clinical trials, providing expert guidance on protocol development and data interpretation.
• Monitor efficacy and safety trends by reviewing clinical data and updating analysis datasets.
• Support the preparation and review of regulatory and pharmacovigilance documentation.
• Interact with principal investigators and site staff to enhance trial performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Project Management, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Operations.
• Represent the company with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a role model in clinical trial leadership.
• Engage with regulatory authorities to support development programs.
• Contribute to scientific dissemination through publications and conference presentations.

Required profile

• Medical degree with specialization in Oncology, Radiology, or Nuclear Medicine.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across teams.
• Capacity to work independently and take initiative.
