Medical Device Tutor

About the role

BSI is seeking a Medical Device Tutor to deliver high‑quality training to organisations and individuals across the medical device sector. You will work from home, travelling to client sites as needed, and use accelerated learning techniques to meet and exceed development objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes in both face‑to‑face and virtual classroom environments.
• Conduct training needs analyses and tailor solutions to client requirements.
• Maintain and update course material to ensure relevance to current regulations and industry standards.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, providing guidance on technical files, process validation, and post‑market surveillance.
• Support business development activities and nurture B2B relationships.

Required profile

• Practical industry experience in medical devices.
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical device directives, ISO 13485 and ISO 14971.
• Proven experience delivering training, preferably online.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Business development or B2B relationship experience is desirable.
