About the role
Medicasa Italia, part of the Air Liquide group, is looking for a motivated and dynamic Specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Physiatrist) to join its Milan Operational Center. The role involves providing high‑quality medical care to patients in their homes, ensuring personalized rehabilitation plans and close coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Perform functional assessments and identify patient needs during home visits.
- Develop and write individualized rehabilitation treatment plans (PRI) for each patient.
- Coordinate with the health coordinator, home‑based physiotherapists, and the referring physician to ensure continuity of care.
Required profile
- Medical degree (Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia) recognized in Italy.
- Specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- Active registration with the Italian Medical Board (Ordine dei Medici Chirurghi e degli Odontoiatri).
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for home visits.
