Mid-level Project Manager – Remote (Contract)

About the role

INFUSE is seeking a mid‑level Project Manager to lead the design, development, and rollout of internal systems and business processes. This remote contract role requires strong analytical abilities, stakeholder‑management skills, and a hands‑on approach to translating business needs into actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution delivery and process implementation.
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs and validate assumptions.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear alignment at every stage.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Lead implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing workflows.
• Drive change‑management efforts, adapting quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining smooth execution.
• Monitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring delivery aligns with business outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to support decision‑making and propose solutions.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Proactively identify process‑improvement opportunities across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of project‑management experience.
• Hands‑on experience in business‑process analysis, optimization, or product‑workflow development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across both business and technical audiences.
