Mid-level Project Manager – Remote Contract

About the role

INFUSE is seeking a mid‑level Project Manager to lead the design, implementation, and rollout of internal systems and business processes. This remote contract position works closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full internal project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution delivery and process implementation.
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, maintaining clear alignment at every stage.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead the integration of new products, tools, or processes into existing workflows.
• Drive change‑management activities, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and business outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to support decision‑making and solution proposals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing medium‑complexity projects in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑moving, remote work setting.
