Mid-Market Account Success Manager – Cyber Security

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Mid‑Market Account Success Manager to drive client success for its cyber security portfolio. You will own relationships with mid‑market customers, ensuring they receive measurable value and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own client relationships, retention and account growth for cyber security solutions.
• Lead onboarding and manage the transition from sales to delivery.
• Collaborate with technical delivery teams throughout the engagement.
• Drive upsell, cross‑sell and renewal activities.
• Monitor account health, produce reporting and engage stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or customer success, preferably within cyber security.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
• Understanding of technology or cyber environments.
