Mid Weight Art Director

About the role

We Are Social, a global creative agency with a strong presence in Milan, is looking for a Mid Weight Art Director to join its Design and Creative team. Reporting to the Creative Supervisor or Head of Art, you will be hands‑on in developing visual concepts that respond to client briefs across a variety of media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute creative concepts for campaigns, activations, editorial and digital projects.
• Provide art direction for ongoing content, formats and client editorial plans.
• Ensure high‑quality production output and conduct quality control during the creative phase.
• Study and develop visual identity and brand guidelines for reference clients.
• Contribute to editorial strategy by shaping visual language and formats.

Required profile

• Degree in art direction, graphic design or a related field.
• Approximately six years of experience in a creative agency environment.
• Strong visual thinking with the ability to expand skills under senior guidance.
• Comfort working in extended, cross‑functional teams.
• High affinity for social media and awareness of current trends.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
