Motion & Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Motion & Graphic Designer to shape Odoo’s visual presence in the Italian market. You will create compelling static and animated assets that support marketing campaigns, product launches and digital communication, ensuring consistency with Odoo’s global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing visuals for campaigns, events, product launches and digital channels.
• Create assets for social media, landing pages, ads and email newsletters.
• Produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, roll‑ups and event branding.
• Develop motion graphics and animate assets for videos, presentations and other digital formats.
• Adapt and localise brand assets from the Belgium team to meet Italian market requirements while maintaining brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic and motion design.
• Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1).
• Strong understanding of typography, composition and visual hierarchy.

What we offer

• Permanent full‑time contract with a salary range of €30,000‑€36,000 per year.
• Hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
• Collaboration with Odoo’s Media team in Belgium and the Italy Marketing team.
• Ownership of projects from concept through delivery.
