National Key Account Junior

About the role

Panasonic is seeking a motivated National Key Account Junior to join its multinational sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will manage and develop the Home Appliance, Home AV & Digital Imaging business with key national clients across the consumer electronics channel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key national clients such as chains and buying groups.
• Drive sales growth, monitor commercial performance and align with company policies.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Regional Accounts to ensure consistent sales execution.
• Define and implement commercial strategies, tailored customer plans, and promotional activities.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with key clients.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in consumer electronics or a similar environment.
• Proven experience in commercial negotiations and agreement management.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English.
