Near Patient Nurse – Case Management (Naples)

About the role

International SOS is seeking a Near Patient Nurse to join its TRICARE overseas program in Naples. The role focuses on medical case management, allowing a qualified nurse to move away from direct clinical care and work as an on‑site case manager supporting U.S. military beneficiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive in‑patient clinical case management in line with International SOS standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with medical and administrative providers, both civilian and military.
• Visit or contact care providers to obtain updates on medical cases.
• Liaise with patients to collect detailed clinical information and ensure accurate ongoing case management.
• Support the medical collection team in obtaining discharge summaries and medical records.

Required profile

• Registered General Nurse or equivalent, registered to practice in Italy.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
• Own a car and be willing to travel to local medical sites.
• Full right to work in Italy.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and a positive “can‑do” attitude.
