Network and Cyber Engineer (m/f/d)

About the role

Honeywell Connected Enterprise is seeking a Network and Cyber Engineer to support industrial customers across Italy and neighboring regions. The role combines design, installation, maintenance and optimisation of OT/IT networks, with a pathway to become a security specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Design, install, maintain and optimise industrial networking and wireless solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot network, application and system integration issues on‑site and remotely.
• Maintain cyber security certifications and stay current with HPS networking and wireless product portfolios.
• Apply industry security standards such as IEC‑62443 and ISO‑27000.
• Develop trusted relationships with internal and external customers by delivering accurate engineering support.
• Perform service tasks at customer sites and ensure industrial safety compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in OT or IT networking, with at least three years in OT/IT security.
• CCNA certification (or in progress) and basic Linux/Windows security knowledge.
• Proficiency in English.
