Night Receptionist (23‑7 Shift)

About the role
We are looking for a courteous and detail‑oriented Night Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors during the 23:00‑07:00 shift. You will ensure a smooth and professional front‑desk experience while supporting various administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Distribute inbound and outbound mail.
- Greet visitors, provide assistance and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry and document preparation.
- Support additional tasks as required, including organization of mail and general office support.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Positive attitude and ability to remain courteous during night hours.
- Strong communication skills in English.
