About the role

Fountain Life is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to serve as the clinical bridge between advanced diagnostics and personalized health transformation. You will guide members through a year‑long health journey, turning complex data into actionable care plans while fostering trust, engagement, and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑level medical assessments using diagnostics, genomics, and biomarkers.
• Develop and deliver integrated care plans, including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and intravenous biologic therapies.
• Administer injections for musculoskeletal and aesthetic procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, and medical‑grade skincare.
• Provide one‑on‑one clinical follow‑ups, track progress, identify barriers, and refine care strategies.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, health coaches, nutritionists, medical assistants, and care coordinators to ensure seamless care continuity.
• Educate members on the rationale behind each recommendation, reinforcing motivation and accountability.
• Escalate red‑flag findings and act as an early‑intervention point for timely therapeutic adjustments.

Required profile

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience in advanced therapeutic modalities.
• Proven ability to interpret complex diagnostic, genomic, and biomarker data.
• Strong clinical communication skills to translate medical directions into daily actionable steps.
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team and coordinating care across specialties.

Required skills

• Administration of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT).
• Intravenous (IV) biologic therapy delivery and monitoring.
• Injection techniques for musculoskeletal and aesthetic procedures (injectables, laser, medical‑grade skincare).
