Ocean Import/Export Operator (Hybrid, Caselle Torinese)

About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Ocean Import/Export Operator to manage and coordinate international shipments from its Caselle Torinese hub. You will ensure timely, compliant execution of air and ocean export operations while supporting the company’s focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify order and shipment information, plan transport routes and optimise execution.
• Prepare and manage documentation such as invoices, packing lists and transport documents, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor shipments, update the transport management system and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Validate documentation, manage internal and external invoicing and send invoices to customers.
• Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to the manager to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar logistics or transportation role.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and related documentation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
