OCM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an OCM Consultant to join Kyndryl’s AI practice. You will partner with AI project teams and business stakeholders to design and deliver change management solutions that enable successful adoption of AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Translate AI use cases into adoption strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communication planning, training design, workforce transformation and readiness measurement.
• Develop client‑ready OCM roadmaps and assets such as messaging frameworks, stakeholder maps, training outlines and adoption plans.
• Identify resistance early, propose mitigation actions and ensure OCM is embedded from day one of delivery.
• Collaborate with solutioning and delivery teams to align change initiatives with technical implementation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned, refining templates and raising delivery quality.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience delivering OCM on digital or technology transformation projects, preferably end‑to‑end.
• Consulting mindset with a focus on client challenges and solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to adapt language for technical teams and senior business leaders.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Strong curiosity about AI and its impact on organizations.
