About the role

ACI Law Group is looking for a motivated mid‑level attorney to join its litigation team as Of Counsel. The role focuses on general business litigation matters and requires a strong ability to manage cases from investigation through trial.

Key responsibilities

Prepare for and attend trials, mediations, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
Draft, revise, and review corporate, business, and related legal documents.
Conduct thorough investigations of complaints and assess legal risk.
Provide recommendations on potential damages and legal strategy to clients.
Travel regularly to attend mediations, depositions, and hearings.

Required profile

Three to five years of general business litigation experience.
Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and capacity to prioritize deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to maintain and update client files while handling multiple matters.
