About the role
As an Office Assistant you will join the Admin team at Dr. Martens Italy, reporting to the General Manager. Working 24 hours per week, you will ensure the smooth operation of the market office and support a variety of internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Reception & Visitor Management – act as the first point of contact and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Office Administration – handle filing, document preparation and data entry.
- Meeting Support – schedule rooms, prepare materials and ensure technology is ready.
- Travel & Logistics – arrange transport and accommodation for market teams.
- Event Coordination – organise internal events, team meetings and social activities.
- Supplies & Facilities – monitor stock, order supplies and liaise with facilities.
- Expense Processing – assist with expense submissions and tracking.
- Communication Support – draft and distribute internal communications, maintain noticeboards.
- Health & Safety Compliance – ensure adherence to local standards and support emergency procedures.
- Ad Hoc Support – provide administrative assistance to leadership and teams as needed.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
