Office & Workplace Manager

About the role

OverIT is looking for an Office & Workplace Manager to lead facilities and workplace operations across its Italian sites. You will work closely with international offices in the UK and US, ensuring that our work environments support the company’s fast‑growing SaaS business.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive workplace and facilities operations for all OverIT locations in Italy.
• Manage workplace‑related budgets, track costs, validate invoices and maintain financial control.
• Handle end‑to‑end vendor relationships, from scouting and selection to contract negotiation, renewal and performance monitoring.
• Plan and execute internal events and company initiatives that boost employee engagement.
• Partner with HR to support onboarding and improve the overall employee experience from a workplace perspective.
• Continuously analyse and improve workplace processes through pragmatic, solution‑oriented actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in workplace, facilities, operations or event management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
• Proven experience in vendor and contract management and cost‑control dynamics.
• Confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• High level of autonomy, ownership and a pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach.
• Fluent in English and Italian, with availability to work on‑site (approximately 20‑40 % of the time).
