Onsite Recruiter – Light Industrial (Florence, KY)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an experienced Recruiter to serve as the onsite liaison at a light‑industrial facility in Florence, KY. You will build strong relationships with staffing suppliers and the client, ensuring a smooth recruitment lifecycle for high‑volume hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the onsite point of contact for the client, focusing on light‑industrial roles.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with three designated staffing suppliers.
• Monitor order flow and align supplier submissions with client hiring priorities.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve challenges, communicate priority shifts, and drive engagement.
• Step in to review and screen resumes when supplier output is low.
• Track hiring metrics and provide data‑driven insights for process improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of recruiting or supplier relationship management experience in a high‑volume, industrial or light‑industrial environment.
• Experience working directly with staffing suppliers or as an MSP/RPO specialist is highly valued.
• Ability to work effectively onsite, building trust with client contacts and partner suppliers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable acting as the “go‑between.”
• Proactive, adaptable, and data‑aware with a proven track record of meeting hiring goals.
