About the role

The Onsite Supervisor provides front‑line support to both employees and the client at a manufacturing site in Florence, KY. This role ensures high‑quality service delivery, drives engagement, and safeguards client processes and contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite, front‑line support to employees and the client, ensuring service excellence.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost employee and client engagement.
• Act as guardian of the client’s processes and contracts while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Attract, screen, and interview candidates, partnering with managers to meet hiring needs.
• Monitor payroll issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with Kelly’s and the client’s safety teams to maintain a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of staffing or leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of HR staffing practices such as onboarding, off‑boarding, and employment law.
• Results‑oriented with strong attention to detail in a fast‑changing setting.
• Proven ability to engage customers proactively and build strategic relationships.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices to strengthen client partnerships.
