About the role

The Onsite Talent Advisor provides front‑line HR support to both employees and the client in Florence, KY. You will drive employee and client engagement, ensure payroll accuracy, and maintain a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite, front‑line support to employees and the client, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost employee and client engagement.
• Attract, screen, and interview candidates, partnering with managers to meet hiring needs.
• Monitor payroll issues and coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely payments.
• Collaborate with safety teams to maintain a safe workplace.

Required profile

• Proven ability to engage customers through proactive communication and strategic relationship building.
• Strong results orientation with high attention to detail in a fast‑changing environment.
• Minimum 3 + years of staffing or leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of HR practices such as onboarding, off‑boarding, and employment law is preferred.
